1. Service Description
CarSourceChina provides a vehicle sourcing and export facilitation service. We connect buyers with Chinese vehicle manufacturers and handle export logistics. We are not a dealership and do not hold vehicles in stock.
2. Inquiries & Quotes
Submitting an inquiry is non-binding. A quote will be provided after review. Prices are indicative and subject to change based on exchange rates, availability, and shipping costs. All prices are FOB (Free on Board) unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment. Payment is accepted via bank wire transfer (T/T). Full payment is required before shipment.
4. Import Compliance
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the vehicle complies with all regulations in the destination country, including homologation, emissions standards, and import duties. We are not liable for vehicles rejected at customs.
5. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply where available. We do not offer additional warranties. Warranty terms vary by brand and destination country.
6. Limitation of Liability
CarSourceChina shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or from delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
