Do you hold vehicles in stock?
No — we source vehicles on demand directly from manufacturers and authorized dealers in China. This means you get exactly the specification you want at the best possible price.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3–6 weeks depending on your destination. We provide tracking information once the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel.
Are Chinese vehicles reliable?
Chinese automakers have made massive strides in quality and technology. Brands like BYD, NIO, and Xpeng are now competing with and often surpassing established global brands, especially in the EV space.
What about warranties?
Warranty terms depend on the manufacturer and your destination country. We'll advise on warranty coverage as part of your quote.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), with a deposit upon order confirmation and the balance before shipping.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We handle export documentation from China. Import customs clearance in your country is typically handled by your local customs broker, though we can recommend partners in many markets.
